in a small bowl, mix small amounts to form thin consistency:
manuka healing honey
raw cacao powder, few drops of marine phytoplankton, gold rush colloidal gold
spread over face, neck and tops of hands and yes, lips..all food and tastes sweet yummy! rest or meditate for 15 minutes or more on some sacred g!
rinse with warm water…. apply your favorite organic moisturizer

in vitamix or blender:
almond milk - half chocolate half vanilla
handful each organic frozen strawberries & mango
half of an organic banana
more or less: tsp. raw cacao powder & 1/4 tsp maca
capful organic vanilla
capful organic maple syrup
dash of organic cinnamon

in vitamix or blender:
1 tsp revitaphi
1 cup or more organic chocolate almond milk
handful of each: organic frozen strawberries & mango
2 tsp cacao bliss
capful organic vanilla
dash of organic cinnamon

Purple Bliss third eye opening Smoothie
8-ish organic purple grapes
lots of organic frozen blueberries
a few big chunks of frozen organic bananas
a big spoon of raw almond butter
a big splash of sambazon organic acai juice
a big glass of fiji water
2 capfuls of non-alcohol vanilla extract
whirl it up in the vitamix
