what I eat

These pictures give a general view of my minimalist
approach to all things which includes food.
I rarely, if ever, make complicated recipes.
Most days I eat two meals within a 5-6 hour time frame.
Intermittent fasting is said to improve health and longevity!
I tend to eat the same few things for long periods of time
before switching to something different.
